HOW TO ORDER

What is your minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order quantity. However, due to the initial cost associated with this type of printing, the more you order the more cost effective it becomes.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround is typically 5-7 business days once the art is approved and the deposit is paid.

Are RUSH jobs an option?
Yes, RUSH jobs are an option. Call for specific details.

Can I mix garment sizes and colors.
Yes! You can. However, be aware that although the printing prices may remain the same, the different garments may have different prices themselves. In addition, if the garment color change requires an ink color change, there is a one-time fee for ink color change during a print run.

Can I supply my own garments?
Yes. You can supply your own garment, however, we cannot guarantee ink adhesion or color match on customer-supplied garments. There is a spoilage buffer of 2% on customer-supplied garments, so if you need an exact number printed, you may want to supply a few extra.

Can I supply my own art?
Yes, vector art files are always best. .ai, .eps, .pdf are preferred.
We accept other file types as well .cdr, .wmf, .psd, .jpeg and .tiff.

All non-vector (pixel) files must be at least 300dpi.
All font layers are rasterized or converted to outlines / curves.
Make sure that the image is the same size you want it printed.

Do you design artwork / logos?
Yes, we can assist you in the design of your graphics and logos. We have third party artists available as well.

What are set up and screen fees?
Screen fees are charges incurred in the preperation, meshing, coating, taping and burning images onto a screen in preperation for printing. This charge also includes the costs for reclcaiming (cleaning and degreasing) to prepare the screen for reuse.Typically we do not charge set-up or film fees. This is a cost factor included in the cost of the printing.

Do you offer Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors?
We do offer PMS/Pantone color matching for an additional charge. However, we usually have a good selection of spot colors to pick from that can closely match most requests.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept cash or check for local orders.
